David Osborn of El Paso is president & CEO of WestStar Bank and has completed 41 years in the banking industry in Texas.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Bankers Association.  He is the past chairman and current member of the Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare Board of Directors.  He is the chairman of the Borderplex Alliance, and the immediate past chairman of the Texas Bankers Association.  Additionally, he is a member of the Texas Tech University Banking Program Advisory Council.  He is a former member of the McMurry University Board of Trustees in Abilene, Texas. He is the former chairman of El Paso Chamber of Commerce and the Paso Del Norte Health Foundation. He was elected to the El Paso Business Hall of Fame in 2022. Osborn received a Bachelor of Business Administration from McMurry University and is a graduate of the SWGSB at SMU Cox School of Business.
